Terms of Service
Effective June 12, 2026
Concert Raptors is a private, community-run space for members of our group to buy, sell, and give away concert tickets to each other, plan shows, and talk music. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
Membership
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Concert Raptors.
- Access is by admin approval. Admins may approve, decline, suspend, or remove any account at their discretion, this is a private community, not a public service.
- You must sign in as yourself. Impersonating someone else or sharing your account is grounds for removal.
Tickets and transactions, the important part
- Concert Raptors only connects members. We are not a party to any transaction. We don't process payments, hold funds, verify tickets, or guarantee anything about a ticket's validity, authenticity, or delivery.
- Members settle directly with each other (e.g., Venmo or Zelle), at their own risk. Do your own diligence, exactly as you would in the Facebook group.
- If a deal goes wrong, the dispute is between the members involved. That said, report scams or bad-faith behavior, admins will ban people who burn the community.
- You're responsible for following the ticket-transfer rules of venues and ticketing platforms, and any applicable laws on ticket resale.
Community conduct
- Follow the community rules and norms posted by admins, including the group's culture around fair pricing.
- No fraud, fake or duplicate tickets, harassment, hate, spam, or illegal content.
- No scraping, automated access, or attempting to break into accounts or the service.
- Creative asks and games are part of the culture, keep them in good fun. Sellers choose who they sell to.
Your content
- You own what you post and are responsible for it.
- By posting, you give Concert Raptors permission to store and display your content to other members, that's the entire purpose of the site, and the only thing we use it for.
- Moderators may edit visibility of, or remove, any content, and their decisions are final. Moderation actions are logged.
The service itself
- Concert Raptors is provided as is, free of charge, by community volunteers. No warranties of any kind, it may go down, break, or change at any time.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concert Raptors and its admins are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service or from transactions between members.
- You can leave at any time, see the privacy policy for how account deletion works.
Changes and contact
- If these terms change meaningfully, we'll post about it in the community before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updates.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
- Questions: message an admin in the community or email teh@raptor.pizza.
